Mastercard is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive the evolution of our software products across markets. You will mentor a team of engineers while contributing hands-on in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

You will work on defining architecture, APIs, and scalable services, collaborate with Product Management and Operations, and push for robust CI/CD and automated testing practices to ensure reliability and performance.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience building full-stack applications in large-scale environments.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, PostgreSQL and test automation.

Responsabilidades

• Own complex problems spanning multiple services and drive cross-functional resolution.
• Define, design, and develop service-level procedures to meet business needs.
• Prioritize decisions with product partners and roadmap opportunities.
• Automate software delivery and advocate for engineering best practices.
• Lead by example in hands-on coding while guiding team members.
