Maersk in Mexico City is seeking a senior leader to own the Lead Logistics Operations & CX pillar. You will define strategic roadmaps, migrate work from Area into the GSC, and drive adoption of digital platforms while building partnerships with Mexico Area leadership.

You will mentor team leaders, ensure governance, oversee SLAs and cost-to-serve, and lead end-to-end customer conversations with product teams in a multi-site, multicultural environment.

Formación

• End-to-end Lead Logistics (LLP/4PL) expertise across booking through invoicing.
• Financial Audit & Billing (FA&B) experience is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in work migration and business transformation.
• Experience leading multicultural teams across different countries or locations.
• English level: C1.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the strategic roadmap for Lead Logistics Operations & CX in Mexico.
• Lead migration of Lead Logistics work from Area into the GSC, including team scale-up.
• Drive the transformation toward SCP, NFTP and related digital platforms, with adoption accountability.
• Build partnerships with Mexico Area leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure governance, risk management and compliance across the operation.
