Celestica in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a Senior Lead Engineer, Test Manufacturing to lead complex server, storage, and AI compute rack validation across design, production, and service cycles. This role requires hands-on engineering with rigorous testing and close collaboration with CMX site teams.

You will drive test development, present technical results, and apply disciplined problem solving and manufacturing knowledge to improve reliability and yield in high‑volume environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with system integration, FA across networking, storage, and processing.

Responsabilités

• Understand customer technical requirements and maintain knowledge for issues and projects.
• Collaborate with development, production and service teams to meet performance requirements.
• Support design, production launch, full production and service life cycle.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and internal teams.
• Contribute to best practice standards through research and SME engagement.
• Conduct technical reviews and progress demonstrations for stakeholders.
