Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to support multinational clients across Mexico in entity management, due diligence and regulatory compliance.

You will work under an Account Manager, supervise client portfolios, draft and file corporate documents, and coordinate filings across Mexican states, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables while adhering to local law.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Degree in Law from an accredited law school.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• 5–10 years of relevant corporate law experience including entity management and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop multiple client relationships with multinational clients and Citco offices.
• Oversee the designated client portfolio, ensuring timely and quality processing of all queries and requests.
• Draft, review and file documents and forms for company lifecycle events across Mexican states in line with legal requirements.
