Job summary

Glia is seeking a Senior Associate Launch Manager to become a leading expert in all Glia products and serve as the face of Glia to clients during onboarding. Each Client has unique needs and you will provide technical and operational guidance to help them effectively leverage our products, drive ROI, and accelerate time-to-value.

You will manage implementation portfolios across the complete lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate deployments into measurable ROI while building

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SaaS or enterprise client implementations.
• Understanding of APIs, HTML & network security.
• Experience configuring applications or platforms.
• Ability to coordinate multiple client-facing projects.
• Collaborative with Sales, Product, CS, and Engineering.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Growth mindset and curiosity about technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of client implementation projects from sales handoff to launch.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to deliver on time.
• Translate deployment into measurable ROI for executives.
• Create and maintain project schedules, plans, and RAID logs.
• Mitigate risks and manage client expectations.
• Provide enablement and training for client admins.
• Identify process improvements to scale service delivery.
