Job summary

Glia is seeking an AI Consultant to blend AI expertise with strategic consulting, helping clients implement and maximize Glia AI investments. You will work across diverse industries, shaping AI strategies and client outcomes.

You’ll drive adoption, lead training initiatives, and collaborate with product and engineering to translate feedback into product improvements while supporting client success and renewals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a SaaS software environment.
• 3+ years in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management.
• Understanding of AI concepts including Conversational AI, LLMs and Generative AI.
• Growth mindset with curiosity about technology and AI.
• Ability to coordinate multiple client-facing projects concurrently.
• Experience working with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Development teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer adoption, usage, and renewal of Glia's AI features.
• Develop and deliver training initiatives for client teams to grow AI knowledge.
• Help customers drive end-user adoption of Glia's AI features.
• Implement AI products on time and on budget.
• Ensure customers achieve business impact from Glia's AI features post-implementation.
• Establish credibility as an AI subject matter expert with client stakeholders.
• Provide pre-sales consultancy on AI features to prospective clients.
• Analyze AI performance metrics and offer data-driven improvement recommendations.
• Offer guidance on prompt engineering and working with Generative AI.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for AI inquiries and challenges.
• Advise on Glia Virtual Assistant best practices for optimal conversations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to relay client feedback and feature requests.
• Work with implementation managers and engineers during customer implementations.
• Document client processes and identify efficiency improvements via Glia AI products.
