Job summary

AspenTech in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to support accurate LATAM payroll across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia and Argentina. The role requires strong Mexico payroll expertise, knowledge of Workday or ADP/Celergo, and coordination with HR, Finance, and payroll providers.

You will execute payroll cycles, prepare accruals, ensure compliance with country regulations, and maintain records and controls.

Qualifications

• Senior payroll experience in LATAM markets.
• Strong knowledge of Mexico payroll practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate LATAM payroll cycles across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and Argentina.
• Validate inputs and reconcile payroll data in HRIS and payroll systems.
• Prepare monthly payroll accruals and support year-end activities.
• Maintain payroll records and process documentation in accordance with controls.
