Job summary

Aspen Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to lead LATAM payroll cycles across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia and Argentina, ensuring accurate earnings, deductions, changes, and timely payments in line with local regulations.

You will coordinate with HR, Finance, payroll providers and country teams, validate inputs, perform reconciliations, and support statutory reporting, audits and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or Business Administration.
• 5–8 years payroll experience with Mexico payroll.
• Experience with LATAM payroll knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with outsourced payroll providers.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute LATAM payroll cycles for Mexico, Brazil, Colombia and Argentina.
• Validate inputs and reconcile payroll events; investigate variances.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and payroll providers; maintain documentation.
• Prepare payroll accruals and support statutory reporting and audits.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and process documentation.
