RELX is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to act as a trusted advisor across Latin America, the US and Canada, supporting managers and leaders on employee relations matters, investigations, and compliance with laws and policies.

You will conduct workplace investigations, advise on performance concerns and disciplinary actions, and work with the global ER team to ensure consistent, well-documented outcomes.

Formación

• Experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and ER practices in Latin America, particularly Mexico.
• Experience managing investigations, disciplinary actions, and employee concerns.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct workplace investigations involving concerns such as discrimination, harassment, hostile work environments, and other employee complaints.
• Gather and analyze information from employees, managers, witnesses, and stakeholders to determine findings and recommend appropriate actions.
• Advise managers on employee performance concerns, performance improvement plans, corrective actions, and disciplinary processes.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to recommend appropriate responses based on precedent, risk assessment, and organizational policies.
• Support involuntary terminations and sensitive employee matters, including on-site support for employment actions in Mexico when required.
• Conduct exit interviews when requested and provide guidance to leaders on employee relations best practices.
• Prepare investigation reports, case summaries, and written documentation while managing multiple concurrent cases.
• Collaborate with the global Employee Relations team to share knowledge, ensure consistency, and support organizational initiatives.
