Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior Talent and Learning Specialist to join the Global Early Careers Team in Mexico City or Bogote1. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office weekly and involves developing and delivering early career programs for the LAC region.

You will partner with Early Career Leaders and HR stakeholders, design end-to-end frameworks, and drive data collection to measure program effectiveness while fostering collaboration across teams and regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, I/O Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience coordinating HR programs, events, or projects, preferably in learning and development, early career, recruiting, human resources, or employee experience.
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Strong project management, organization, communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end early career frameworks, programs, and processes.
• Collaborate with Global Early Career team and TD COE to develop learning materials and assess data requirements.
• Consult with people managers, HR leaders, and stakeholders to identify talent gaps and development opportunities.
• Organize early career initiatives and events, manage logistics and trainer coordination.
• Collect data via assessments and surveys and report results for program effectiveness.
• Research industry trends to keep content current and relevant to business needs.
• Support enterprise-wide standardization of talent programs while allowing regional nuances.
