The Pokémon Company International in Mexico City is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to own the day-to-day technology experience for local and remote employees. You will provide end-user support, manage workplace technology, and collaborate with global IT teams to ensure reliable services.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of enterprise IT support, strong Microsoft 365 and macOS expertise, and a proactive, independent work style for a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of enterprise Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS support.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, endpoint management, and collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, applications, and connectivity in a business environment.
• Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, and wireless networking.
• Independent performer with ownership in a fast-paced IT support role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Mexico City employee technology experience, delivering exceptional end-user support.
• Manage priorities, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality technology experience for local and remote staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality, user experience, and support processes.
• Collaborate with Systems Administration and Infrastructure teams to support deployments and incident response.
