Ria Money Transfer is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our IT team in Mexico. You will provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems across endpoints and networks.

The role requires 2-3+ years of IT support, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, and security monitoring tools, focusing on end-user experience and efficient operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern endpoint management and enterprise IT technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Advanced troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot corporate laptops, desktops, peripherals, and end-user software.
• Incident response and coordination for high-priority issues.
• Assist with IT projects and system upgrades, collaborating with stakeholders.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimization and security measures.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Provide expert-level user support and training as needed.
