Job summary

Salesloft, Inc. in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone, turning IT and Security priorities into on-time, visible delivery.

You will run project cadences, maintain dashboards and KPI scorecards, and coordinate cross-functional deliverables with the Digital Transformation Team, producing executive-ready decks and updates for the CIO and CISO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional project or program management experience in a fast-paced tech or B2B SaaS environment.
• Excellent ability to create polished, executive-ready decks and reports.
• Hands-on experience with modern project management tools to build dashboards and track KPIs.
• Strong cross-functional coordination across stakeholders who may not report to you.
• Experience supporting departmental operational rhythms, such as setting agendas and tracking action items.
• High discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Run the operating cadence for the Office of the CIO & CISO: set agendas, track action items, and drive follow-through for leadership staff meetings, QBRs, and cross-functional syncs.
