Salesloft, Inc. in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking a Senior Data and AI Governance Analyst to own data governance, AI governance, and DLP programs within a fast-growing Governance, Risk, and Compliance team.

You'll partner with Product and Engineering to embed privacy-by-design and responsible AI into features, manage data classification, retention policies, DLP controls, and provide clear guidance to technical and executive audiences while mentoring others in a collaborative, high-impact SaaS

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in data governance, AI governance, DLP, information security, or related compliance role.
• Owned data governance frameworks with minimal oversight.
• Hands-on experience with DLP tools and data classification/labeling technologies.
• Knowledge of AI governance practices, AI risk assessments, and data flows in AI/ML systems.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR/CCPA/CPRA and privacy-by-design principles.
• Strong project leadership and ability to translate complex requirements for technical and executive audiences.

Aufgaben

• Lead design and operation of the data governance program, including data classification and lifecycle policies.
• Build and operate the AI governance program with an inventory of AI systems and risk-based approval process.
• Own configuration, monitoring, and tuning of DLP tooling and incident response.
