Job summary

Salesloft, Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Analyst in Guadalajara, hybrid role. You will be part of the Security Operations team, monitoring alerts, investigating incidents, and improving detection and response capabilities for a leading enterprise SaaS platform.

The role emphasizes mentoring, automation, and risk-based vulnerability management, with collaboration across IT and Engineering teams in a fast-paced cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Information Security, SOC, Incident Response, Detection Engineering, or a related technical analysis role in SaaS/cloud.
• Led complex incident investigations end-to-end with containment and post-incident reviews.
• Deep expertise in endpoint protection, IAM, network, cloud, and email security.
• Advanced hands-on experience with SIEM and EDR tools with query/detection logic.
• Scripting or automation skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash) and SOAR/workflow automation.
• Mentor and coach less experienced analysts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to explain issues clearly.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CySA+, GSEC, GIAC are a plus.
• Collaborative mentality prioritizing team over self.

Responsibilities

• Lead threat detection and investigation across SIEM/EDR and cloud monitoring.
• Own incident response for medium-severity incidents and post-incident reviews.
• Engineer, test, and tune detections mapped to MITRE ATT&CK.
• Automate security operations with playbooks and SOAR automations.
• Drive risk-based vulnerability management with IT and Engineering.
• Manage security requests and provide risk context to stakeholders.
• Promote security awareness through phishing simulations and training.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to training.
