Job summary

Salesloft, Inc. in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking a Senior Security Analyst for a hybrid role. You will be a senior member of the Security Operations team, monitoring alerts, investigating incidents, and driving improvements in detection, response, and secure software practices.

The role requires experience across SIEM/EDR, cloud security, IAM, and scripting. You will mentor teammates and contribute to threat-informed defense and security automation.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in Information Security or SOC, with cloud-native experience.
• Experience leading complex incident investigations end-to-end.
• Deep expertise in endpoint, IAM, network, cloud, and email security.
• Hands-on with SIEM and EDR; ability to write queries and detection logic.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and investigate potential incidents.
• Handle day-to-day security tickets and maintain tooling baseline.
• Develop, test, and tune detection rules mapped to MITRE ATT&CK.
• Build playbooks and SOAR automations to reduce toil and improve response.
• Prioritize vulnerabilities with business impact and drive remediation.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to training and onboarding.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and communicate risk clearly.
