Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on IT Program/Project Management experience.
• Experience in leading cross-functional programs with multiple interdependencies.
• Strong background in Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum delivery approaches.
• Experience incorporating Organizational Change Management into delivery.
• Excellent communication of status, risks, and financials to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT programs with multiple dependencies.
• Define program vision, strategy, governance, and implementation roadmap.
• Own planning and execution across scope, schedule, budget, resources and risks.
• Provide oversight to cross-functional project teams and managers.
• Develop roadmaps, business cases, governance, and executive reporting.
• Serve as central communication point for stakeholders and teams.
• Provide timely updates on status, milestones, risks, decisions, and actions.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve business outcomes.
• Manage deliverables within approved timelines, scope, and budget.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and cross-project dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance processes and delivery standards.
• Prepare monthly status reports, financial updates, and forecasts.
• Coordinate disciplines like process improvement, data analysis, QA, and facilitation.
• Provide guidance and leadership to drive execution and value.
