Job summary

ZF LIFETEC in Reynosa, MX is seeking a Sr Supply Chain Spec-Inventory to manage demand, forecast, production requirements and ensure materials are available. You will monitor inventory levels, aging, and supplier performance while collaborating with production, warehouse, engineering, purchasing and sales.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in supplier sourcing or negotiations, strong Excel and SAP skills, and fluent English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with suppliers, including negotiating.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
• Bilingual English/Spanish; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Review demands, forecast, and production requirements.
• Ensure materials are available when needed.
• Monitor Inventory levels and avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Monitor raw material shipments to ensure receipt of material.
• Coordinate with local, domestic, and overseas suppliers.
