Qualifications

• This role requires advanced experience in the Sales & Sales Operations.
• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in sales or customer support of a technical industrial or commercial manufactured product.
• Minimum of 5 years direct experience working closely with customers, providing customer service support, and responding to a wide variety of customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Key Account Managers, Sales Representatives, Distributors, and Channel Partners to support Grid Solutions portfolio for Power Utilities and Industrial customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, direct communication, and follow-up on all problem resolutions concerning bid offers, orders, reports, invoices, agreements, and contract requirements.
• Serve as the liaison between Outside sales, Customers, and internal Technical Product Support teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Provide customer-facing communication to support business winning strategies.
• Create, submit, follow-up, and close-out quotations.
• Enter orders, verify pricing, lead times, and contractual requirements.
• Facilitate and document modifications to orders, including BOM changes and pricing adjustments.
