Jabil is seeking a Sr Industrial Engineer to plan, design, implement, and manage integrated production and service delivery systems at the site. You will drive cross-functional projects, design optimized workcell interfaces, and lead yield improvement and process optimization efforts.

The role covers time studies, box build quoting, and systems support (e.g., SAP, MES, IEDB). Strong IE tools, change management, and communication skills are essential for success.

Formación

• Experience with work measurement, simulation, and process mapping.
• Understanding of SAP, MES or similar systems and the company's global strategies.
• Strong financial and analytical abilities with change-management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, design, implement, and manage production and service delivery systems.
• Drive cross-functional projects within a workcell.
• Design optimized interfaces for SMT and Backend/DF.
• Develop and sustain assembly processes and yield improvement programs.
• Perform time studies and support cost reduction initiatives.
• Provide SME support across IE areas as needed.
• Ensure 5S, layout optimization, and ergonomic workstations.
