Job summary

SKF Group is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize manufacturing processes, and support operational excellence within our automotive manufacturing environment. You will lead CI projects, perform time and motion studies, and manage ERP master data to ensure efficient production flow.

The role requires 3-5 years in manufacturing, strong Lean/APQP/PFMEA/PPAP/MSA experience, ERP skills, and advanced English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
3-5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, MSA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, advanced Excel, and Power BI.
Advanced English proficiency and strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Conduct time and motion studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis.
Manage ERP master data (BOMs, Routing Operations, and Item Revisions).
Execute MSA, Gage R&R, and process capability studies.
Support APQP, PFMEA, PPAP activities, and engineering changes.
Analyze production capacity versus customer demand and implement optimization plans.
Manage OEM customer portals and monitor performance scorecards.
Standardize work instructions and manufacturing processes.
Promote Lean Manufacturing tools and best practices across the plant.
