REHAU Industrial Solutions is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer (RPS) to advance our operational excellence journey in manufacturing. You will lead CI initiatives, drive productivity, and promote lean methodologies across the plant.

The role requires a degree in relevant engineering, experience in CI/Lean, strong analytical skills, and English proficiency. Automotive exposure is highly valued; join a team focused on sustainable, measurable improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, manufacturing, mechanical or related field.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• English proficiency (intermediate to advanced).
• Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Implement and promote Lean Manufacturing methodologies and RPS standards throughout the plant.
• Facilitate Kaizen workshops and cross-functional improvement projects.
• Analyze operational KPIs and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Support the implementation of standardized work, visual management, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Train and coach employees on continuous improvement tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, logistics, and maintenance teams to achieve performance objectives.
• Monitor project results and ensure sustainability of implemented improvements.
