Job summary

Universal Scientific Industrial Co., Ltd. is seeking a Lead Test Engineering Manager to guide ICT, FCT, Burn-In, and functional testing operations in a global electronics manufacturing environment.

You will develop strategies to improve test coverage and product reliability, drive root cause analysis, and mentor teams while collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Product Engineering, and Customers to ensure world-class performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years of management experience in Test Engineering in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ICT, FCT, AOI, AXI, Boundary Scan, automated test systems.
• Experience in failure analysis, process optimization, and quality improvement.
• Proven leadership to build and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Test Engineering teams supporting ICT, FCT, Burn-In, and functional testing operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve test coverage, efficiency, capacity, and product reliability.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for test and product failures.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Product Engineering, and Customers to ensure world-class product performance.
• Manage KPIs related to yield, quality, downtime, throughput, and overall equipment effectiveness.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) and ensure robust test solutions are in place.
• Develop, coach, and mentor engineering and technical teams to achieve operational excellence.
