Copeland is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner in Mexico to align people strategies with business objectives. You will partner with senior leaders, drive workforce planning, and lead HR programs across talent management, total rewards, and employee relations. The role emphasizes collaboration, ethics, and a data-driven mindset.

You will guide managers, develop leadership capabilities, and foster an inclusive culture while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• At least 3 years in a Business Partner or HR leadership role.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
• Proven ability to develop and scale HR teams.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business strategies into effective HR priorities and initiatives.
• Build partnerships with leadership to understand business needs and proactively develop HR solutions.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership effectiveness, team development, and complex employee relations issues.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable, business-aligned HR programs.
• Drive workforce planning and talent strategies, including succession planning and leadership development.
• Leverage HR analytics to generate insights and drive data-informed decisions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, minimizing risk.
• Lead organizational change and transformation initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption and engagement.
• Collaborate on headcount planning, budgeting, and organizational design.
