Copeland, a global climate technologies company, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with business goals in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico. The role focuses on partnering with senior leaders, delivering scalable HR programs, and driving workforce planning in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

You will coach managers, lead organizational change, and champion an inclusive, high-performance culture while ensuring compliance and ethical practices across the organization.

Formación

  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years in a Business Partner or HR leadership role.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders in complex, fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, developing, and scaling HR teams.

Responsabilidades

  • Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders and translate strategies into HR priorities.
  • Partner with leadership to understand business needs and develop HR solutions.
  • Provide coaching to managers on leadership effectiveness, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Deliver seamless HR programs with Centers of Excellence.
  • Drive workforce planning, succession, and leadership development.
  • Use HR analytics to generate insights and drive decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Lead organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee headcount planning, budgeting, and organizational design.
  • Support cross-functional continuous improvement to boost productivity.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business strategies into effective HR priorities and initiatives.
  • Build strong partnerships with leadership to understand business needs and proactively develop HR solutions that enable organizational success.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership effectiveness, team development, performance management, and complex employee relations issues.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, GBS) to deliver seamless, scalable, and business-aligned HR programs.
  • Drive workforce planning and talent strategies, including talent planning, succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development.
  • Leverage HR analytics and key metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, diversity, performance outcomes) to generate insights, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices, minimizing risk and maintaining organizational integrity.
  • Lead organizational change and transformation initiatives, ensuring effective implementation, minimal disruption, and high colleague engagement.
  • Partner with leadership on headcount planning, budgeting, and organizational design to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.
  • Leverage deep business acumen to lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives, delivering measurable gains in productivity and operational performance.
  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture, acting as a role model and cultural ambassador across the organization.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate HR strategy into tangible business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to lead change, drive transformation, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Solid knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and organizational development practices.

Experience
