Copeland Guadalajara S.A. de C.V. busca personal para integrarse a su equipo de producción en la planta de Guadalajara. El/la operador/a trabajará en líneas de producción, siguiendo instrucciones de seguridad y procedimientos para asegurar la calidad y la eficiencia.

Se requiere secundaria o preparatoria, disponibilidad para turnos y habilidades manuales; se valorará lectura y escritura, uso de herramientas y manejo de maquinaria. Ofrecen estabilidad laboral y un ambiente de trabajo seguro.

Formación

• Secundaria o preparatoria requerida.
• Lectura y escritura necesarias para operar en turno.
• Habilidades manuales y uso de herramientas estándar para la operación.

Responsabilidades

• Cumplir con el uso de su Equipo de Seguridad y actuar conforme a los lineamientos de Seguridad de su línea de Producción y su Instructivo de Trabajo.
• Cumplir el Reglamento Interior de Trabajo.
• Cumplir con las Normativas de Disciplina, Puntualidad y Asistencia.
• Dar seguimiento a su Instructivo de Trabajo.
• Cumplir con el estándar que se le asigna en su línea de trabajo.
