  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years in a Business Partner or HR leadership role.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders in complex, fast-paced, and matrixed environments.
  • Strong ability to translate business strategy into HR priorities and initiatives.

Responsabilidades

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business strategies into effective HR priorities and initiatives.
  • Build strong partnerships with leadership to understand business needs and proactively develop HR solutions that enable organizational success.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership effectiveness, team development, performance management, and complex employee relations issues.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, GBS) to deliver seamless, scalable, and business-aligned HR programs.
  • Drive workforce planning and talent strategies, including talent planning, succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development.
  • Leverage HR analytics and key metrics to generate insights, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices, minimizing risk and maintaining organizational integrity.
  • Lead organizational change and transformation initiatives, ensuring effective implementation, minimal disruption, and high colleague engagement.
  • Partner with leadership on headcount planning, budgeting, and organizational design to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.
  • Leverage deep business acumen to lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives, delivering measurable gains in productivity and operational performance.
  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture, acting as a role model and cultural ambassador across the organization.

The Sr. HRBP serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational objectives to drive business performance, employee engagement, and sustainable growth. This role collaborates closely with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to design and delivers integrated solutions across talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards, GBS, performance development, and organizational design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business strategies into effective HR priorities and initiatives.
  • Build strong partnerships with leadership to understand business needs and proactively develop HR solutions that enable organizational success.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate HR strategy into tangible business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to lead change, drive transformation, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Solid knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and organizational development practices.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • High integrity, strong ethical judgment, and demonstrated conscious leadership.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
Experience:
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years in a Business Partner or HR leadership role.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders in complex, fast-paced, and matrixed environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, developing, and scaling HR teams.
