Qualifications

• 7+ years managing HR operations in bilingual, multicultural environments.
• Strong experience managing full employee lifecycle and HR compliance.
• Very advanced English proficiency.
• Proven expertise in HR management within the professional services industry.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee recruitment, on boarding, and employee retention programs.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain attractive to current and future talent.
• Provide guidance on compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Design and deliver training and development programs for employees.
