IFF is seeking an HR Shared Services leader in Mexico City to supervise the HRSS team, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive regional HR operations. This role requires strong leadership, cross-country collaboration, and expertise in HR systems such as ServiceNow, SAP and Workday.

The position is based in Polanco with a hybrid model requiring four days in the office weekly, and involves analytics, automation, and process improvements to enhance employee experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in HR shared services or HR operations, preferably in a service center environment.
• Proven experience providing HR services to multiple countries across the region.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to foster collaboration and engagement.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in HR systems and tools, including ServiceNow, SAP and Workday.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights using tools like Power BI.
• Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements across multiple regions.
• Ability to translate strategies into operational plans and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the HR Shared Services team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and team engagement.
• Meet with team members regularly to review projects, identify development opportunities, and evaluate performance on key metrics.
• Ensure timely and accurate HR service delivery aligned with global HR strategies and SLAs.
• Address and resolve complex HR inquiries and escalations while complying with policies and local regulations.
• Gather and analyze HR data from systems such as ServiceNow, SAP, and Workday, generating actionable insights.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
• Oversee HR projects, including planning, execution, and change management with timelines and regulations.
• Monitor service quality through audits and implement measures to improve employee experience.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders across regions to ensure consistent and effective HR service delivery.
