IFF is seeking an HR Operations professional for a hybrid role based in Azcapotzalco/Polanco, Mexico City. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, manage data entry across HCM systems, and ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in HR operations, advanced English, and hands-on experience with Workday or SAP. You will support reporting, processes and documentation such as contracts and starter packs.

• Bachelor degree in HR, business or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HR systems administration, or HR analytics.
• Advanced English proficiency for professional communication.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday, SAP or similar).
• Strong data accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries across multiple channels.
• Manage day-to-day HR data entry across HCM systems with 100% accuracy.
• Ensure compliance of employee data with policies, labor laws and privacy standards.
• Support system enhancements, testing cycles and new HR modules.
• Handle and resolve employee queries within defined KPIs; escalate when needed.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports for leadership decisions.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing Tier 1 support through multiple communication channels.
• Manage day-to-day HR data entry operations across various HCM systems, ensuring 100% accuracy for all employee lifecycle events (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, changes, and leave management).
• Ensure compliance of employee data with internal policies, labor regulations, and data privacy standards.
• Support system enhancements, testing cycles, and the implementation of new HR system modules or features.
• Handle and resolve employee queries within defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports to support leadership decision-making.
• Manage the People Operations inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries.
• Create and issue employment documentation such as contracts, starter packs, and termination letters, ensuring alignment with HR processes.

What Makes You The Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, HR systems administration, or HR analytics.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate clearly in professional and business environments.
• Experience with HR systems, including Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms such as Workday, SAP, or similar
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive data with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
