Overseas, a fast‑growing real estate company, is seeking a Senior HR Director to build the people function from the ground up. You will own talent acquisition, executive recruiting, organizational design, performance management, and employee relations, driving measurable ROI for the business.

You’ll personally headhunt C‑suite and senior operational leaders, ensure compliance with US employment laws across distributed teams, and report to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership with scalable growth experience.
• Experience building HR from scratch and headhunting C-suite.
• Strong knowledge of US employment laws and EOR.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Own recruitment at all levels, including executive search for growth to 80-100 employees.
• Lead executive searches, sourcing, assessment and closing senior candidates.
• Plan resources and headcount with business unit leaders.
• Design onboarding/offboarding to ensure productivity and compliance.
• Design performance evaluations with KPIs and quarterly check-ins.
• Address fit issues with proper documentation and transitions when needed.
• Build career maps and develop managers to cascade accountability.
• Lead organizational design as the company scales.
• Handle employee relations promptly with fairness and discretion.
• Write and update policies in line with US employment regulations.
• Ensure compliance across distributed teams, including EOR/contractor frameworks.
• Lead change initiatives and ensure consistent enforcement at all levels.
