Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a global HR strategy aligned with international growth objectives.
• Oversee global HR operations across talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance.
• Design scalable HR programs for a dispersed workforce across jurisdictions.
• Build an inclusive, performance-driven global company culture.
• Lead and mentor a diverse, remote global HR team; foster collaboration and development.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws in all operating countries; manage global HR budget.
