Soho House is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead a team across all guest and staff areas, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service. You will manage recruitment, training, payroll and performance, while coordinating with leadership to optimize operations and guest experiences.

The role requires deep knowledge of housekeeping processes, rooms management systems, and a proven track record of supervising large teams with a strong service orientation.

Formación

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience managing a housekeeping team.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and multitask.
• Working knowledge of rooms management systems.
• Advanced knowledge of housekeeping processes and procedures.
• Experience supervising departments of 15+ employees.
• Budget management capability and strong customer service.
• Strong decision-making and communication with all levels of staff.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily activities of the housekeeping department across all spaces.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll and performance appraisals.
• Manage housekeeping supplies, budget, and inventory.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and room and area inspections.
• Maintain standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct.
• Plan and coordinate staff schedules for events and peak times.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and timely repairs or replacements.
• Coordinate guest and staff laundry services and accurate charge posting.
