Job summary

NXP Semiconductors NV is seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager to lead hardware development across portfolios. You will drive NPI/FTK initiatives, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, within-scope product delivery.

You will oversee governance, KPI reviews, and executive communication while coordinating with external suppliers and manufacturing partners to achieve program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in Project/Program Management, Product Development, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience with design release, fabrication, assembly, bring-up, validation, and manufacturing-readiness.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple hardware development projects across NXP portfolios.
• Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation.
• Lead NPI HW programs from concept through manufacturing readiness and release.
• Coordinate governance with KPI reviews, schedule tracking, and executive reporting.
• Track project financials including budgets, forecasts, and spending performance.
• Collaborate with Design, CAD/Layout, Product Engineering, Test, Mechanical, Procurement, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain.
