Grupo TECMA is seeking a Program/Project Manager to lead end-to-end customer programs across the product lifecycle. You will develop schedules, coordinate NPI, and manage cross-functional teams to meet scope and timelines.

You will also oversee financial performance, present to executives, and maintain strong customer relationships. Excellent communication and high proficiency in Excel and ERP systems are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of Program/Project Management in a manufacturing environment.
• EMS or high-mix, low-volume manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong customer-facing and executive presentation skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and business management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple customer programs across the product lifecycle.
• Develop and direct program schedules, priorities, and deliverables.
• Establish work plans, milestones, and resource requirements for each phase.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and customer expectations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Drive governance through reviews, milestones, and action follow-up.
• Coordinate NPI, engineering changes, transfers, and sustaining activities.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and exec leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and Planning.
• Communicate program status, risks, and achievements clearly.
