Flextronics - The Flex Company is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering customer-focused products from concept to launch. You will guide schedules, budgets, and program strategies in a manufacturing context, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business metrics.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, PM experience, strong English, and hands-on knowledge of NPI transfer and P&L management.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiar with P&L for programs.
• Manage revenue, costs and margins.
• Experience with budgets and forecasting.
• Advanced English.
• Prior PM experience.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing NPI Transfer.
• Advanced MS Office (Project, Excel, Outlook) and problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• Track metrics and drive actions.
• Assist with contract negotiations as required.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities to meet product timelines, quality and business metrics.
• Review proposals to allocate staffing and resources.
• Plan work and staffing for each phase of the program.
• Coordinate product life cycle with P&L and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee production sites for projects and costs.
• Drive root-cause analysis for critical customer issues.
