Job summary

Seso in Monterrey, MX is hiring a Senior Recruitment Specialist to own end-to-end H-2A and H-2B campaigns, aligning client requirements with hiring targets and timelines. You will coordinate with internal teams and serve as a primary contact for clients.

The role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication, high-volume recruiting experience, and a proactive, organized approach. Hybrid work with three days in the Monterrey office and opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English; comfortable leading client and sales calls in English.
• 1+ year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing, ideally in high-volume hiring.
• Hands‑on experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Strong sense of ownership: you follow through and get things done without constant supervision.
• Highly organized and reliable: you juggle multiple campaigns and meet your deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solver who brings solutions, not just problems.
• Clear, professional communicator with clients and internal teams.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, recruitment databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Experience with H-2A/H-2B or visa-based recruitment, or an interest in agriculture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end H-2A and H-2B recruitment campaigns, turning client requirements into clear candidate profiles and screening criteria.
• Build sourcing strategies and keep candidate pipelines full enough to meet hiring targets.
• Interview and evaluate candidates against employer requirements.
• Track campaign metrics and outcomes, spot bottlenecks early, and adjust.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and join sales calls to explain timelines, feasibility, and solutions.
• Own recruitment escalations, coordinating with WorkerOps, Sales, and other teams to resolve them quickly.
• Write and improve SOPs, screening criteria, and training materials, and mentor junior recruiters.
