Job summary

EX Squared LATAM is seeking a Senior GRC Issue Management Specialist for its Mexico team. The role coordinates end-to-end governance, risk, and compliance issue management to ensure timely remediation and closure.

Located in Mexico with hybrid work options, the role requires advanced English and strong stakeholder engagement. The client offers career growth and certifications support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in Issue Management, GRC, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating remediation activities, milestones, and closure requirements.
• Experience with issue-tracking, governance-reporting, dashboards, or remediation-management platforms.
• Familiarity with risk and control concepts, remediation evidence, and stakeholder reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end Issue Management lifecycle from identification to closure.
• Ensure issues are documented, categorized, prioritized, and tracked.
• Support remediation activities, milestones, dependencies, and closure criteria.
• Prepare remediation plans and POA&Ms as applicable.
• Maintain accurate issue records and supporting documentation.
• Support closure-readiness and obtain required evidence and approvals.
