Job summary

EX Squared LATAM is partnering with a global professional services leader to hire a GRC Issue & Remediation Manager for the Mexico team. This role leads governance and oversight of the Issue Management program, driving accountability, remediation progress, and risk mitigation, with executive reporting and guidance to stakeholders.

The Manager will coach Senior Associates, collaborate with service owners and auditors, and ensure sustainable remediation outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Extensive experience leading cross-functional remediation and governance programs.
• Strong ability to challenge stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Issue Management governance and remediation.
• Establish standards, governance expectations, and performance metrics.
• Provide executive reporting and challenge to support remediation outcomes.
• Coach Senior Associates and provide direction to team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses to complex issues.
• Monitor remediation performance and escalate when needed.
• Present trends, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
