Delinea is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Mexico City to help build and secure relationships across databases, servers, Kubernetes clusters and web apps. You will contribute to architecture, design, development and deployment of Go-based, highly concurrent backend systems.

You will work on gateways, relays and control‑plane services enforcing least privilege and audit trails while integrating TLS/mTLS and credential brokering. Hybrid work model in Mexico City.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related technical discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, design, develop, test, and maintain highly concurrent distributed backend systems in Go.
• Build, deploy, and operate the proxy data plane (gateways/relays) and control‑plane services via CI/CD.
• Collaborate with architects, PMs and DevOps/SRE to define roadmaps and deliver software solutions.
• Write clean, secure Go code including TLS/mTLS and credential brokering.
• Conduct code/design reviews to ensure performance, security and quality.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across multi‑cloud environments including production connectivity.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for services, APIs and deployment processes.
• Mentor engineering peers and promote continuous improvement.
• Learn and apply best practices in software engineering, security and DevOps.
