Responsibilities

• Lead the global Headcount Planning process for manufacturing operations.
• Monitor and manage global headcount forecasts and variances.
• Identify root causes of workforce changes and devise action plans.
• Develop executive reports, dashboards, and metrics related to Forecast and Headcount Planning.
• Collaborate with regional HR and site leaders to align staffing with demand, launches, and expansions.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of workforce planning practices.
