Jabil in Mexico seeks a Supply Chain Program Manager II to act as the single point of contact for supply chain activities across assigned design initiatives. You will guide strategy, provide leadership for procurement, logistics, and DP processes, and ensure alignment with Jabil’s goals.

The role involves on-site coordination with cross-functional teams, cost optimization, supplier involvement, and ongoing communication with management. Strong English and project management skills are essential.

Formación

• Knowledge of budgets and project management, including scheduling and resource forecasting.
• Advanced PC skills and familiarity with Jabil software packages.
• Proficient with Pro-Engineer, SolidWorks, MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Ability to read, analyze, and communicate about complex reports and documents.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers, regulators, or stakeholders.
• Ability to present information to top management and boards.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Ability to work with varied instructions and lead purchasing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own all PCP-related supply chain deliverables and program needs.
• Perform situational analysis and develop strategy for supply chain disciplines.
• Conduct DFM reviews before design release for various applications.
• Estimate costs for materials and tool costs.
• Collaborate with design engineers to select cost-efficient manufacturing processes.
• Conduct on-site supplier evaluations for manufacturing capabilities.
• Coordinate supply chain activities across PCP execution and communicate needs.
• Lead RFQ processes and identify new suppliers for program requirements.
• Support commodity management with BOM and AVL control in design phase.
• Promote use of Jabil Strategic Suppliers through early involvement.
• Support the Early Supplier Involvement program.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
