Jabil is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager II to serve as the single point of contact for all SCM activities on designated design initiatives. You will drive situational analysis, strategy, and implementation across SCM development, procurement, and logistics to align with product creation goals.

You will collaborate with design engineers, manage cost estimates, and lead supplier evaluations to optimize BOM, AVL, and supplier performance.

Formación

• Knowledge of budgets and project management including scheduling and forecasting.
• Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
• Proficient in Pro-Engineer, SolidWorks, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Ability to read, analyze, interpret and communicate about technical, financial, and legal documents.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community.
• Ability to present information to top management, public groups, and boards.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret varied instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for all the Supply Chain deliverables identified in the PCP.
• Performs situational analysis, strategy development, guidance and implementation for SCM disciplines.
• Performs DFM reviews prior to design release for various applications.
• Performs cost estimating on materials and tool costs.
• Collaborates with mechanical design to determine cost-effective manufacturing processes.
• Performs on-site supplier evaluations to assess capability.
• Coordinates Supply Chain activities for PCP execution and communicates needs across teams.
• Manages periodic materials quotations and assists RFQ processes.
• Identifies and qualifies new or localized suppliers for program needs.
• Negotiates pricing, terms and advanced SCM programs with key suppliers.
