Lonza seeks a Senior Manager, Global Digital Marketing in Puebla, Mexico, to lead digital strategy for the ACHIEV® platform and drive cross-functional initiatives across CHI. You will partner with product marketing, regional teams, and IT to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable impact.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution in marketing automation, content, SEO, and analytics, with a 15–20% travel expectation to support global initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• English fluent.
• 5+ years in digital marketing platforms and campaigns.
• Experience in a global B2B organization in Life Sciences or related industry.
• Willing to travel 15–20% globally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead digital marketing strategy and execution for ACHIEV® platform across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with ACHIEV® objectives.
• Own marketing automation strategy for ACHIEV®, including nurture flows and onboarding sequences.
• Manage digital content strategy with whitepapers, stories, infographics, webinars, and platform messaging.
• Support SEO and website performance for ACHIEV® and CHI properties.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with product roadmaps.
