AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and maintain backend services and frontend interfaces surfacing data from ETL pipelines, data lake outputs, and ML model results for a large-scale analytics platform.

You will develop REST APIs in Python with FastAPI/Flask, build React/TypeScript frontends, manage PostgreSQL schemas, and leverage AI-assisted tools with judgment to ensure long‑term maintainability.

Formación

• 5–7 years of full‑stack software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and TypeScript/React.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL) and migrations.
• REST APIs; migrate away from legacy GraphQL when needed.
• Data-heavy applications with large datasets and performance‑sensitive queries.
• AI‑assisted development tools used with critical judgment.
• Mac/Linux terminal (Bash, Makefiles).
• Strong soft skills: defend technical opinions and approach.
• Ability to work with ambiguity; define problems before solving.
• Upper‑intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript).
• Surface, validate, and resolve issues in data from data lake, ETL pipelines, and model outputs.
• Package and manage applications using Docker.
• Use AI-assisted development tools and critically evaluate AI outputs.
• Drive conversations with engineers to clarify requirements.
• Collaborate daily with engineers via Slack and Google Meet.
