AgileEngine is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform for clinical operations. You will work with .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure, guiding AI agents through planning, testing, and validation while maintaining security and tenant isolation.

You will translate product goals into executable agent work, deliver production features, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliant, scalable delivery in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Formación

• Minimum 4+ years as a software engineer with production experience.
• Hands-on with .NET 8/9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, and PostgreSQL.
• Recent production React and TypeScript experience in component-based apps.
• Strong Azure experience including deployment and operations ownership.
• Experience using Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for end-to-end delivery.
• Ability to translate objectives into executable agent work and verify outcomes.
• Work within an AI Skill governance model and propose bounded improvements.
• Senior product judgment and ability to deliver V1 outcomes at pace.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React, TS, and Azure with agentic workflows.
• Prioritize V1 delivery, manage assigned work, and ensure UAT readiness.
• Convert changing product direction into actionable delivery plans.
• Align with stakeholders when requirements clash and priorities shift.
• Apply AI Skill consistently and route workflow improvements without breaking delivery.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Review generated work rigorously and verify tool outputs.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences.
• Preserve security, tenant isolation, encryption, and least privilege access for PHI.
• Make blockers and risks visible to the team and steer next steps.
