AgileEngine is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform for clinical operations. You will work in .NET, C#, React and Azure, guiding AI agents through planning and testing with strong technical judgment.

You will own backend services, APIs, and portal experiences while preserving security and data privacy. This role requires multi-tenant SaaS experience and US Eastern Time overlap.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Recent production experience with .NET 8/9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, and PostgreSQL.
• Recent production experience with React and TypeScript.
• Strong Azure experience, including production deployment and ownership.
• Experience using Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for end-to-end delivery.
• Ability to translate product objectives into agent work and verify output.
• Comfort with an AI-driven, governance-based workflow.
• Senior product judgment and ability to deliver V1 quickly.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, service boundaries, tests, and pipelines.
• Strong communication and alignment on priorities.
• Timezone overlap with US Eastern Time for a full-time engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure with an agentic workflow.
• Prioritize V1 delivery, assigned work, and UAT readiness before optimization.
• Turn changing product directions into practical delivery plans and keep momentum.
• Align with stakeholders when requirements clash.
• Apply the AI Skill consistently and route improvements without delaying delivery.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Review generated work rigorously and verify results.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences.
• Preserve security, tenant isolation, encryption, and least privilege for PHI.
• Make blockers and risks visible to the team.
