General Mills Inc. seeks a Senior Quality Engineer to drive food safety and quality across ESC locations and serve as a regional FSQ auditor. You will lead risk assessments, support supplier qualifications, and ensure compliance with GMI standards and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, XQMs, Sourcing, and R&D, and travel to sites in North and South America. A strong background in HACCP/HARPC and CAPA practices is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with hands-on FSQ experience.
• Experience leading FSQ risk assessments, investigations and CAPAs.
• Fluent knowledge of HACCP, HARPC, and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead FSQ ownership for ESC sites including risk management and audits.
• Plan and execute supplier audits; write risk-based reports and CAPAs.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to drive FSQ improvements.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support audits (approx. 50%).
