Job summary

Coca-Cola Mexico is seeking a Quality System Coordinator to lead the Food Safety Management System across CPS Operations. The role focuses on maintaining HACCP, allergen controls, and preventive controls, while coordinating audits and CAPA actions with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will serve as a Food Safety leader, integrate with regulatory requirements, and drive operational excellence across manufacturing facilities in Mexico.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical discipline relevant to food safety.
• 3+ years in food manufacturing quality systems.
• Knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 9001/14001/45001.

Responsibilities

• Lead and sustain the Food Safety Management System across operations.
• Maintain HACCP, Food Defense, TACCP/VACCP and allergen controls.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and follow up on CAPA.
• Act as subject matter expert for bottler quality complaints and investigations.
• Support risk management, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor prerequisite programs aligned with ISO 22000.
