You will partner with clients across teams and time zones, translating needs into practical, high-quality systems and guiding projects from design through go-live. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 3–8+ years of experience in capital markets, consulting, or financial technology.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional solutions and influence decisions.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand business needs and turn them into practical capital markets solutions.
• Configure and deliver scalable system solutions that align with industry best practices.
